I am a fully insured, HCPC-registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist, with extensive academic and clinical experience in the field of psychology.
Therapeutic approaches
My primary therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also draw on Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing me to tailor therapy in a way that’s flexible, evidence-based, and right for you.

I have been working across various private and NHS mental health settings since 2017. I’ve worked in primary, secondary, tertiary, and specialist mental health services with people of diverse backgrounds, a wide range of clinical presentations, and varying levels of complexity.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work for the NHS in a trauma-specialist, adult community mental health service offering assessments and individual and group therapy to people affected by trauma.
